I am weak?
Currently I have about a year is not here my career, and when I'm done I want to be a superior at Chili's. I have one of the most stressful jobs (GC / Expo) I do full time. I tend to chafe and usually tolerate anybody knows when I see them doing something wrong. My boss and I (not the head of one) talk about it. it sais that people do not seem much, but when I do things other than quality control, I am a different person. Our store is one of the busiest in Texas. He said he heard that I'm immature, and I have to peroxide above. When I'm on line quality control very intense because I had to focus on food, but everyone says I'm the best guarantee of the quality we have. So what happens? It seems enthusiastic and took degraded by co-workers and possibly jeopardize my future, or lighten and consent Sliding my work ethic and relax. Is a duality that I do not understand. I will graduate with a BA in history (yes a bachelor of science courses included) I love the food industry. HELP!

Am I wrong to adjust my position?
i work in a family business run steel, I earn a good salary to get a hold of the weekend was a bank hols, i to have my own hols when they stop! I'm making a home attractive course learnin therapy as I change jobs. iv looked online to see what my options when its complete lack work experience, so I thought about working in a store or somewhere similar in one of the beauty counters to help me. everyone says that i shouldn't im going back and forth I'm not stupid wantin a job shop! The relations of mites that I'm goin nowhere no one i do!

Am I wrong?
I just started working at a local restaurant about a month. I'm supposed to be the hostess, but the waiter and even the director asks me to do tasks that I feel There are in my position (as sweeping and mopping the floor, window cleaning and bathrooms). I spoke with the manager and complained through her, and also when I I was hired learnining supposed to start helping himself to the position of public relations .. did not help at all, and I still own to carry out those functions .. What should I do? Am I wrong?

I interviewed for a job I hope to achieve. I have spent 4 interviews already! Nine days ago, human resources director told me, by email, he was very interested in talking with me and would call me that afternoon. Did not develop. I emailed the next day and he replied saying he was ill, and stressed the fact that he is very interested in talking me, but it was the obligation to be patient w. him. I was finishing on Wednesday and I have not heard from him again. Should I send an e-mail or place a telephone appointment?

A good friend is a chef and has worked surrounded by a lot of cities. Today is Palm Beach, Florida. I'm amazed at how often you change jobs. He complains all the time "was not up to what they said "if it comes to money or quantity of work. My friend is 48 and has to be doing this for literally years and years. I can not count all jobs. To confront and clarify what you think is the problem, they say, moves a lot in the restaurant business is common. Is that true? He has worked in places very well and ALWAYS expire.
