Training options for keeping fit when you can not go to the gym
A personal trainer in your MP3 player? What?!
It's easy to relax when you are outside your normal routine, however, being away from the gym or on vacation does not mean you have to be out of your training schedule physical.
We recently found an article with some great websites that offer one-of-a-kind MP3 exercise programs that can help keep fit when you're on the go! Currently, there are a number of downloadable exercises that make it much easier to stay in shape, when a gym can not be available. In this article, we review two sites that offer MP3 training programs that can provide some extra motivation to help stay in shape where want to be!
iTrain.com
iTrain began after celebrity fitness trainers Grace Lazenby and Sebastian acknowledged Reant the popularity of MP3 players, including fitness enthusiasts. With this, Lazenby and Reant embraced the iPod revolution, display devices popularized as the "perfect" platform to launch a personal training program.
On the site iTrain, Lazenby said, "...[ seemed] natural apply this technology to a physical product. "
With that, iTrain born. On the site, users can download a training program of your choice and integrate it into your exercise routine in no time.
Currently, the site offers a number of different program options, from cardio based routines, which based on routines and strength and stretching routines to sculpt. iTrain even includes areas in place with programs specifically for adolescents and discounted training routines. Some other major elements of the site include a video section with "How Do I" for individual exercises, diet tips, health tips and much more!
CardioCoach is another audio exercise program designed for any type of machine or cardio exercises.
CardioCoach, however, is different from iTrain and that requires the user to measure the exact speed and incline of your exercise routine. The fitness programs on this site are designed to accommodate at all levels of fitness. Downloads training is unique, with different music and the intervals for each program.
While site has a lot of advantages to the "couch potato" average, seems more geared to amateurs compared to competitive athletes.
After reviewing the two programs, it seems that ultimately the decision must be made by s / which plans on using it. Both programs competitive in its offer, however, really comes down to exercise preferences of users, personal needs, etc.
