Buy Hornby Train Set
What would you buy for a Hornby beguinner?
I know that it's a little early, but I understand that Hornby products are expensive and I need time to make sure I have enough money and to save!
Basically for Christmas I want to buy my boyfriend a small Hornby set, as he sold his old set when he needed money and wants to start again, but I know he won't buy it for himself. I want to get him a First Great Western train, but I was wondering what tracks and other things you'd need in order for it to work? I was also wondering about carriages.
I basically know nothing about Hornby or their products, and I don't want to ask my boyfriend too much or it might give it away!
Any help would be appreciated!
