Although there is lower degree of accuracy in the post-war trains that Bachmann manufacturers, "baby boomers" are more apt to add this particular model to their collection. This choice is influenced by the fact that these are the first trains that they experienced in their childhood. An interesting fact about the post-war trains that sets them apart from most model trains that collectors buy, is that they run on fuel rather than electricity, and this unusual quality sets them apart from most other models.
