Lloyd Gough (d. July 23, 1984, Los Angeles California) was an American theater, film and television actor.

Michael Gough was born in New York, New York, Gough was identified as a character actor who specialized in supporting roles. His films include The Story of Babe Ruth (1947), Roseanna McCoy (1949), Sunset Boulevard (1950), Storm Warning (1951), Tony Rome (1967), and Earthquake (1974). Lloyd Gough played Daily Sentinel reporter Mike Axford crime in the television series The Green Hornet.

Married to actress Karen Morley, both were brought before the House Un-American Activities Committee and when he invoked the Fifth Amendment were blacklisted, effectively ending his career in Hollywood until the end of 1960. That same year, he appeared as the main villain in Rancho Notorious (1952), but his name was removed from the credits because to blacklisting. He later appeared in the film set during the Hollywood blacklist, The Front (1976), and his name together with the date of their blacklist.

Gough Morley was married from 1943 until his death from an aneurysm of the aorta at the age of 76. They had a son.

Won additional critical acclaim later in his career, starring in Lost in Translation (2003), which was nominated for an Academy Award, and a series of films directed by Wes Anderson, including Rushmore (1998), The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou (2004) and Fantastic Mr. Fox (2009). It is widely regarded as one of the most talented comic actors of his generation and unique.
